Pandora Chermside

Recently I was looking for a birthday gift for my 16 year old grand daughter. I have to admit that I had very little idea about what she would like, so off to the shops, on a mission. I looked at all sorts of electronic devices that I could not understand, looked at cds, clothes, shoes and all sorts of things that I had little to no knowledge of. I looked in the windows of several jewellers, but I was still well away from an answer to my dilemma. Almost resigned to my fate of a gift voucher and a funny birthday card, I came across Pandora shop Chermside , I looked at the beautiful jewellery in the display window, then ventured inside. I was amazed at the beautiful jewellery and the range of lovely jewellery on display. Even though the shop was busy with many customers purchasing their items for gifts and for themselves, I was served straight away, the very helpful assistant showed me a range of jewellery that suited what I thought I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for the exceptional staff and I finally made up my mind, and was very happy with my purchase, and was confident that my grand daughter would be more than happy with my choice. Much to my surprise, even my wife though that my choice of gift was great, that never happens! Needless to say, my grand daughter loved the gift that I gave her. I like to think that she liked my gift the most. I will definitely be back to Pandora Chermside in the future to purchase gifts for all my family. My visit to the Pandora store in Chermside, Brisbane Westfield Mall, was delightful. The store's inviting ambiance, coupled with a vast selection of exquisite jewelry, made the shopping experience enjoyable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering assistance without being intrusive. If you have a love for Pandora, this is a must to go store

Absolutely disgusted with this store and the shop assistant Kitty. As a visitor from the UK. She did not know what she was doing and kept going into the back of the store to speak to her manager who incidentally never showed her face once to us. We were a party of 5 who were going to buy some Pandora products and exchange some other products. Ended up leaving very upset and lost faith with Pandora. Definitely a different story when we visited another store in Strathpine Bianca was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us and we spent $500AUD. Restored our faith in the brand but Chermside left a bad taste in our mouths and for my sister who is an Australian citizen and regularly shops there (not no more). Please let Bianca from Strathpine show Kitty from Chermside how to be a proper assistant

In September I went to Pandora in Chermside and was attended by Gabriel, super attentive and patient, explained with details about the pieces of the collection I wanted, and as one of the pieces was not yet available for purchase (Game of Thrones bracelet) I was to return again. In November I returned to buy my bracelet and a few more items, I really appreciated my first service with it so I asked the girls to be attended again by Gabriel. The attending girls were also very receptive and polite until the checkout part helped me because I did not know how to use the applications, all very polite and patient. They won another customer!!! <3 Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic customer service the sales staff make you feel very welcomed and are very helpful which made my shopping experience pleasant . Very fast service in comparison to other stores I have visited . I tend to travel from the south side to this store as the service is amazing highly recommend this store if you want a pleasant warm shopping experience

Weird vibes from this store, used to love the older kiosk at Chermside! Applied for Christmas casual job here a few years ago. Got an interview which went ok but was unsuccessful in getting the job. All good of course can’t win em all! Then invited via text from assistant manager to interview (again) a few days later where I queried if there was an error…I already had my rejection email lol. She said oh right well store manager will be in touch over next few days to arrange a trial shift (never heard back, naturally). Just a mishap I guess no worries still shopped there on occasion. Wanted to spend a Christmas gift card on a ring. Had the one picked out and know my size. Lady brought it out and I purchased. Walked around a bit and realised it was too loose. Sure enough it’s the wrong size. Marched right back to the store and requested the right size, takes 20 minutes to be informed there’s none left. Manager’s suggestion was to purchase another ring in my correct size to place on top of the ring they just sold me to keep it in place. I considered this until she’s bringing out $150-$200 options when the one I bought was on sale for $50. I’ll exchange for a ring that is the same price point thanks! All felt a bit icky after that…$$$ is top priority. I’ll browse in person and order online, that way I get the correct size and don’t have to deal with the ridiculous upselling 🤩
